These terms apply when you use any website or product run by BuiltBySin LLC, a New Jersey limited liability company ("BuiltBySin," "we," "us"). This includes One-Shot Forge and Whodunit Kits. By buying or using a product, you agree to these terms.
We sell digital products that are generated for you from details you provide, such as a tabletop adventure for your party or a murder mystery kit with your guests' names. Nothing is shipped. Products are delivered by email and through a web page.
Prices are shown before checkout in US dollars. Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not see or store your full card number. After payment you receive a license key by email, which you use to open the generator and create your product.
Most orders are delivered within minutes. If your order hasn't arrived within 24 hours, check your spam folder, then email support@builtbysin.com.
You may download, print, and use your product for personal and non-commercial use, including running it for your own group or party. You may not resell, redistribute, or publish it as your own product.
Products are created with the help of AI. We review our systems for quality, but generated content can contain mistakes. You are responsible for the names and details you enter. Don't enter anything you don't have the right to use, or anything offensive or unlawful.
Refunds are covered by our Refund Policy.
Don't misuse our sites. That includes trying to break or overload them, sharing license keys, or using them to create harmful content. We may cancel orders or block access for misuse.
Our products are provided as is. To the fullest extent the law allows, BuiltBySin's total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the product involved.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey.
We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version.
