Every BuiltBySin product is digital and made for you from the details you enter. Because of that, we can't take back a finished product the way a store takes back an item. Here's when you can get your money back.
You'll get a full refund if
You paid but never received your license key or product, and we can't fix it within 2 business days.
The product failed to generate or arrived broken or unusable, and we can't fix or replace it.
You were charged twice for the same order.
Refunds aren't available if
Your product was delivered and works as described.
You changed your mind after generating your product.
There's a mistake in details you entered, such as a misspelled name. Email us and we'll try to help.
How to ask
Email support@builtbysin.com within 14 days of purchase with your order email and what went wrong. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method through Stripe and usually show up within 5–10 business days.
