This policy explains what BuiltBySin LLC collects when you use our websites and products, and how we use it.
What we collect
- Contact info: your email address, so we can deliver your order and license key.
- Order details: what you bought, when, and the amount.
- What you enter: the details you type into a generator, such as character names, guest names, and story preferences.
- Payment info: handled by Stripe. We never receive your full card number.
How we use it
To process payments, generate and deliver your product, answer support requests, and prevent fraud. We don't sell your personal information.
Who we share it with
Only the services needed to run the product: Stripe for payments, an email delivery provider to send your order, and an AI provider to generate your content from the details you enter. After a purchase, we share your name and email with Trustpilot so it can invite you to leave an optional review. Each handles data under its own privacy terms.
How long we keep it
We keep order records as long as needed for support, accounting, and legal requirements.
Your choices
You can ask us to see or delete your personal information by emailing support@builtbysin.com. We'll respond within 30 days.
Children
Our products are not directed at children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect their information.
